Hi I’m Jen! I live in the beautiful city I hated so much growing up and couldn’t wait to flee, Orillia. I ventured away to Toronto to find something more exciting and I did. I studied at George Brown College and graduated with honours from the culinary program. I also found and began my family. It became obvious that we needed a slower pace to raise our family and that is when Vanilla Sprinkle & co. began. Over this time I gained experience working in bakeries, hotels and restaurants and that has given me the experience and confidence to be where I am now. What a sweet story! I am also a cookie aficionado , my favourite colour is yellow and I love to grow flowers.
